A Double Booth carries continuous seating hours that a standalone chair never sees, so DMD builds booth frames from kiln-dried hardwood with reinforced back and seat structure rather than a lighter build sized for occasional use. Upholstery is Wood/Metal/Fabric (customizable) specified to public-assembly durability, layered over commercial-grade foam dense enough to resist compression from all-day service. Corner, double, and single-booth configurations share the same frame and joinery standard, so a mixed-size order reads as one family on the floor.
