Accent chair frames built to anchor a lobby seating group
An Upholstered Accent Chair carries more visual weight than square footage, so DMD builds the frame on kiln-dried hardwood or welded metal with corner-blocked or welded joinery rated for public-space duty rather than occasional residential use. Upholstery is Solid wood internal frame over commercial-density foam, chosen for the cleaning protocol of the lobby it furnishes, and wood or metal legs are finished to match the surrounding furniture group. Every unit in a multi-chair order carries identical joinery and finish, not a hand-varying showroom build.

Grouped with the lobby's sofa and table program
Accent Chairs pieces get specified as part of a seating group, not alone: DMD matches the finish of the Upholstered Accent Chair to the lobby sofa and coffee table already on order for the Lobby Area project so the grouping reads as one composition. We build to COM (customer-supplied material) or supply contract fabric, and can produce additional units later from retained finish records if the lobby seating plan expands. Share your fabric standard and layout and we will return yardage requirements and shop drawings.
