2-Seater Sofa is constructed on a kiln-dried hardwood or engineered frame with corner-blocked joinery and sinuous-spring suspension sized for guests sitting down and standing up hundreds of times a week, not the occasional residential use a frame is otherwise built for. Seat and back cushions use commercial-grade high-density foam that resists the permanent compression lobby seating takes on. Face fabrics are contract-rated performance wovens, vinyl, or COM (customer-supplied material) selected for the lobby cleaning protocol, and exposed legs are solid wood or powder-coated metal matched to the room finish schedule. Hardwood frame, High-density foam choices carry through 2-seat, 3-seat, and sectional configurations as one family.
