Custom MadeQueen-size welded steel bed frame built for the nightly duty cycle of hotel and multi-family use. The platform design eliminates the box spring, holding the mattress on a rigid powder-coated frame offered in three heights for housekeeping clearance or under-bed storage. Steel construction shrugs off the vacuum and luggage impacts that loosen residential frames, and the powder-coat finish is color-matched to your specification. Ships knock-down with hardware packed per room for phased installations.

Queen Bed Frame - Metal frames come off the line in one of two families: welded steel platforms with powder-coated finishes, or engineered-wood platforms in edge-banded MDF or plywood faced in Metal (customizable). Steel units use welded corner joints and bolt-together rails sized for box-spring-free platforms; wood-panel frames are doweled and cam-locked for knock-down assembly on install day. Powder coating color - to Your Specifications finish is confirmed against your sample before the production run starts, and platform height is coordinated to your mattress program and housekeeping clearance so nothing gets re-measured on site.
