King Bed Frame - MDF frames come off the line in one of two families: welded steel platforms with powder-coated finishes, or engineered-wood platforms in edge-banded MDF or plywood faced in Wood/Metal (customizable). Steel units use welded corner joints and bolt-together rails sized for box-spring-free platforms; wood-panel frames are doweled and cam-locked for knock-down assembly on install day. Custom-Built to Your Specifications finish is confirmed against your sample before the production run starts, and platform height is coordinated to your mattress program and housekeeping clearance so nothing gets re-measured on site.
