A Cold Buffet Counter does three different jobs depending on the zone: hot holding, refrigerated holding, or dry storage, and DMD engineers the construction to match. Cabinet interiors are moisture-sealed with clearances built for the actual equipment specified, exterior faces run Wood/Metal/Marble OR Quartz Countertops (customizable) rated for constant guest and staff contact, and service surfaces are selected for the cleaning chemistry a breakfast buffet actually sees every morning. Equipment cutouts and power routing are resolved before production, not field-modified during install.

Built around your equipment list, not a generic buffet shape
Hotel breakfast programs specify Buffet Counter against the actual equipment being installed, from chafing units to refrigerated wells, so DMD develops shop drawings from your equipment spec before cutting begins. We coordinate power and water rough-in locations with your MEP drawings, size the counter run to your breakfast area footprint, and schedule delivery to land with the general contractor's install sequence for Hotel projects. Send your equipment list and floor plan and we will return engineered shop drawings for approval.
