Project Overview
The Towne Lyne Motel in Ogunquit, Maine moved from standard motel stock to a boutique coastal experience. DMD designed and built custom casegoods, seating, and outdoor lounge pieces using pre-laminated MDF and commercial-grade fabrics in a blue, white, and natural wood palette. Scope covered 20 guestrooms, a small lobby, and an outdoor lounge area, with finishes selected to hold up to seaside humidity and salt air.
