Vanity construction built for daily water contact
A Vanity 8 sits at the wettest point of a guestroom, so DMD builds the carcass on moisture-sealed plywood or MDF with Waterproof marine-grade plywood base with HPL surface (customizable) surfaces and edge-banded fronts that resist swelling from splashed water and daily condensation. Countertops are selected for scratch and stain resistance under makeup, hair product, and cleaning chemical contact, and drawer boxes run on full-extension, soft-close commercial slides rated for daily use. Mirror and lighting cutouts are coordinated to the electrical plan before production, so nothing gets field-modified on install day.

Hotel PMs typically specify the Vanities alongside the nightstand, dresser, and TV panel so finishes match across the guestroom rather than arriving as a separate order. DMD builds each Vanity 8 to your room dimensions, coordinates plumbing and electrical cutouts with your MEP drawings, and returns shop drawings and finish samples before production begins.
