Queen Bed Frame frames come off the line in one of two families: welded steel platforms with powder-coated finishes, or engineered-wood platforms in edge-banded MDF or plywood faced in Solid/engineered wood; metal hardware. Steel units use welded corner joints and bolt-together rails sized for box-spring-free platforms; wood-panel frames are doweled and cam-locked for knock-down assembly on install day. Laminate/veneer; matte lacquer finish is confirmed against your sample before the production run starts, and platform height is coordinated to your mattress program and housekeeping clearance so nothing gets re-measured on site.

Hotel PMs and purchasing firms typically specify the Bed Frame alongside the headboard and casegoods package so heights and finishes arrive coordinated for one bed wall elevation. DMD builds each Queen Bed Frame to your mattress spec and target platform height, confirms Laminate/veneer; matte lacquer against the approved sample, and ships knock-down to cut freight cost on multi-unit orders. Send your mattress program, platform height, and unit count for Residential rooms and we will return shop drawings for approval before production.
