Construction & Materials
Classroom Plastic Chair is built on the same standard every DMD classroom chair follows: welded steel frames or one-piece molded polypropylene shells, sized to student age groups and finished to survive daily stacking, dragging, and cafeteria duty. Steel-frame chairs use powder-coated tubing with reinforced leg welds; plastic-shell chairs mold in a single impact-resistant piece with no fasteners to work loose. Desk-chair combination units add a bolted or welded work surface bracket rated for the same duty cycle as the seat. Molded polypropylene; powder-coated steel frame (customizable) construction throughout means chairs stack cleanly for floor cleaning and hold up through a full academic year without the wobble residential seating develops.
Specification Notes
School districts and campus facilities teams order Chairs by the room, matching seat height to grade level and stacking footprint to storage closets sized years before the current enrollment. DMD builds Classroom Plastic Chair to your grade-band height standard and finishes classroom runs to match across a building so replacement units purchased later still fit the set. Because summer is the only real installation window, we plan production against your school calendar rather than a generic lead time. Send enrollment counts, room list, and target delivery week and we will return a phased production plan.
